Responsibilities:
- Answer client appointment requests (phone & email)
- Greet clients with compassion and professionalism
- Maintain accurate client records
- Communicate with doctor and staff about appointments and wait times
- Have knowledge of or are willing to learn about preventative care for pets
- De-escalate upsetting situations with excellent customer service
- Maintain positive and cooperative relationship with staff and a family-like atmosphere
