  • Certain flowers and plants, including lilies, rhododendrons, and tulips 

Symptoms of Poisoning

If your pet exhibits any of the following symptoms, they may have ingested a toxin or poison: 

  • Vomiting 
  • Diarrhea
  • Excessive drooling
  • Nausea
  • Lack of appetite
  • Vomiting or coughing of blood
  • Pale gums
  • Rapid heartbeat
  • Weakness
  • Yellowing of the gums
  • Excessive urination or thirst
  • Decreased urination
  • Black stool
